[Awareness] Issue with AD2 crashing and taking Sonar with it

Last night, I experienced the first Sonar crash I have had in a long time.  I added a track template with AD2 on it and it failed to open AD2 citing a file corruption error.  When I acknowledged that error, I got the dreaded SonarPLT has stopped working box.
 
The solution (which was suggested in the error box) was to check/repair the installation with XLN Online installer.  There happened to be an update available but I am not sure if the update fixed it, or just the act of updating.
 
Anyhow, wanted people to be aware so they don't lose some work like I did last night because I didn't CTRL-S before adding the track template.
