Not my kind of music, but the drums or guitars are wonderful! What's the goal of this production? It's very slick.

Wow... that was really cool. Loved everything about it. Epic, wide and rockin'. The intro overture was a nice way to lead into the onslaught. Oh, and the guitar solo trade-offs worked so well... for some reason they reminded me a little of Megadeth.

Some cool shredding. Musically would have preferred it to be heavier and/or more epic, the intro orchestration continuing into the main song. Production is nice and clear with a strong bass line, I think a bit more oomph in the drums is needed though. Will be intrigued to hear more

probably compression, this kinda thing you need pounding driving drums, stick a loaded compressor on a buss and feed the drums through a tad for that NYC stylee..

Oh, and the guitar solo trade-offs worked so well... for some reason they reminded me a little of Megadeth. Heh. Thanks, Steve. And yeah... there is defs some Megadeth action going on there. As I think I've mentioned before I cut my teeth on old Megadeth (Rust In Peace specifically) and was going for some slippery slidy leads and "creeping" rhythm riffs/buildups. Even the solo I wrote to precede Danny's (it was originally to be played by Baps' son) was meant as a musical "layup" for the shredfest that followed. Funny thing is I've always figured in these situations that I'D be Friedman in the equation. lol... NOPE. Danny's slip slidy, sooper smooth, high speed lickage got that prize. I remember reading about how Mustaine just absolutely thought he was the best damned guit player that ever dun lived... until he met Marty and was utterly humbled. That's a little how I felt once Danny's parts got introduced to the mix. Of course I would not change a damned thing about that dynamic/juxtoposition. Works great. And there ain't nothing wrong with being Mustaine. Well... playing like him anyway. He's kind of a knob... dog love him. Cheers! Oh and if Danny's reading... I owe you a PM. Just been simmering down from the project and the recent political shenanigans. Talk soon and thanks again.

Hi. I thanks for the positive comments so far. It was my first collaboration of this kind, and I enjoyed very much working with both Beepster and Bapu. Learned some new things along the way And both Lasse and Danny brought something really extra to the table, so a big thanks to those two as well. As mentioned, we might do a remix of it at a later date. All the best.

Really excellent collab folks. Super guitar playing all through, but Ed's got the bass & drums providing the bed for all that, rock solid mayte. Top vocals from Zargg, wasn't quite about the doubling effect on first listen but second time it makes perfect sense. Like Mark, I would have loved to hear that wonderful orchestration from Lasse reappear in the song to really build into the ending.

Well can't speak for anyone else (and of course I'm a little biased) but you did write and produce this from scratch and although I always lurvs your bass playing you really did some particularly awesome/dynamic work on this (thus me goin'... "I gotta get me some moar Baps in mah life"). As far as Ken... well AFAIK he wrote all the vocal melodies and harmonies which are cool as hell. When I first got the beds I wasn't quite sure where it would go and then I got the first set of vox and kablammo... there was the mood/feel/structure of the tune. Ken's natural voice is great too IMO. So again... I might be biased but I'm a huge fan of the Z and the other B. Excellent jerbs, lads and I'm very pleased we are doing this.

Wow, just wow. Love the collaboration, you guys are a very gifted supergroup! Excellent dovetailing of talents. I'd also like to hear the soundtrack-y intro reprise at some point, if not just for a breakdown. The butt-kicking guitar work is hard to set aside, even for 8 bars, I get that! and yes, more please! -Tom

Happy to have been invited on this. Ed mailed me and said to really let loose on this and shred it up...so hey, who am I to complain? :) Ed, thanks again for the invite. Nice job on everything...bass was solid, drums were consistent like they should be in my opinion. Beeps, killer rhythm and lead playing brother!! It was a blast to virtually play along with you. Hey, no worries on the pm. I know what busy is all about. :) Zargg, nice growling vocals on this. I shared a few things with Ed about cleaning a few things up, but one could look at this sort of like in the style of death metal minus the cookie monster vocals. It has its place. :) Lasse, I don't know who you are, where you are or what you're about, but that intro was some seriously great stuff! The arrangement was off the hook, the mix was stellar and I was truly moved by what I heard. You have some serious skills in that department. I too would have liked to hear more of what you offered within the song itself. I think one of the problems with arrangements like that is, the instrument sound size makes our little "direct instrumentation" sound small. One has to really pay attention to detail when using those huge East/West libraries along with metal music due to how sonic our guitars become. Though it's done all the time, something has to be "slimmed down" in order for things to work. Whatever the case, great job! Thanks again for inviting me on on this guys. :) -Danny
