BUG REPORT: Peak meter stops working when peaking with session drummer 3

a) Create a session drummer 3 track (say a couple of minutes) - nb must be session drummer 3 (although this issue may apply to other soft synths, have not been able to reproduce with plain audio tracks).
 
b) In track view display peak meter.
 
c) Play track
 
d) Make peak meter go into the red by adjusting volume
 
e) Adjust the volume up and down so it goes back into green and then back into red
 
f) Stop
 
EXPECTED
 
Peak meter keeps updating frequently showing red and green line indications all the time.
 
ACTUAL
 
We no longer see further peak meter readings after the peak meter goes into the red (although if we are lucky we might get one or two more readings)

Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
@48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    This has the potential to be a pretty serious issue so if anybody could confirm that would be great....

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
