Backing up everything and also sending projects out

What works best for cloud backing up projects and to be able to send complete projects to other sonar users? I have dropbox and google drive free. But is that the way to go?

I just purchased a Seagate Personal Cloud that I just connected to my modem.  It has software to backup files.  Mine is set to backup Once a week.  Tonight will be the 1st scheduled backup.  I'm curious to see if this software slows my computer down as it works in the background.  I'll know better next week after work schedules return to normal following the holidays.

If you do a SAVE AS and check the Copy audio with project box then point it to anywhere like a  USB drive the complete project will be there. I use CWP,  not CWB.
The same can be done to uploading to the cloud.
Just point the "save as" at Drop box or One drive or ?
You should be using per project folders so you can also drag and drop or copy and paste the folder to an external drive or the cloud folder. "Save as" strips away unused audio tracks so makes it tidy.

Thanks. But how do I know if I'm using project folders? I might be, but I'm not sure if I understand it correctly.
