Backstreet Boys (Video) - Acoustic Megamix (90's nostaligia)
Ok, So I decided to head back to the 90's when these guys churned out cheesy pop goodness and mash up some of their big hits in one acoustic based performance. For those that might listen to that type of music or remember it please listen and enjoy for those that dont, please offer some comments and crits on the arrangement and mix. I generally have a hard time mixing acoustic guitar with stuff, as it really seems to build up mids and become thick and congested. Anyway if anything stands out let me know Thanks YOUTUBE UPDATE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLPIbGJlC24 Cian

Cian, Nice listen, I remember some of these songs having two girls that were huge BSB's fans back in the day:) Mix and arrangement is good. I forgot how many big songs they had. This style is definitely in your wheelhouse... I like the detail in the BGV parts throughout. Pretty cool.

I know they get ragged on, but they had some great songwriters

Very nice Cian! The detail is excellent throughout. I would personally prefer the strummed acoustic bumped up a bit, but that's a pref thing.

OK, I never thought I'd hear a BSBs remix! I like your version, nice modern rendition with a variety of styles nicely melded together with that acoustic holding down the fort. Vocals of course sound great. So, umm, which BSB are you?

Cian, Cool video and incorporating "the boys" in the video was a great addition. Top notch production. I hear a little Rock and Hard Place vibe in the last bit starting around 4:30. Regards

Gheeesh, Cian, that is really good stuff. I didn't hear anything that I would change but I was so captivated by the vocal that something would have had to reach out and slap me and it didn't. Excellent work!

Hey Cian, as usual your voice sounds great. The guitar does sound a bit muddy... maybe some eq to bring out the upper mids.
