But on some of them - "Sonar X1 Explained Sample Video" when I click on the download link, a page of several lines of computer language / strings of text comes up and thats it. Whats with that?!?! Bad links on My Store Account page

I recently looked at "My Store Account" page, which has several download links for stuff. But on some of them - "Sonar X1 Explained Sample Video" when I click on the download link, a page of several lines of computer language / strings of text comes up and thats it. Whats with that?!?!
