Balance (width) / Panner in Console

I would like to see a 'stereo width (balance) / panner' in the Console view similar to Alex Hilton's A1 Stereo Control  http://www.alexhilton.net/A1AUDIO/index.php/a1stereocontrol This would give us the ability to not only pan each stereo channel but also adjust the 'width' of the the signal from completely mono up to 200% I think a lot of Sonar users would utilize and appreciate this feature. Oh please!!!!!
