BandLab Assistant.exe file missing after restart

I installed the BandLab Assistant & Cakewalk by BandLab yesterday, everything went smooth, working great ...
 
Starting up my machine today and reading about the Assistant auto startup some complained about here ..
But it didn't autostart on my machine, then I tried to start the Assistant to find the BandLab Assistant.exe file was gone, wanished ... checked the AntiVirus, nothing in the quarantine ... Did it self destructed?
 
Cakewalk still working even with it missing, no demo mode ...
Installed the Assistant again, it told me there is a new version and updates itself. Now it autostarts and is still there after restart. Very strange ...
 
Anyone else experienced this?
