BandLab Failure Uploading Music

Well I have been exploring the Bandlab web site (I transferred my account) and I tried to upload one of my songs and it stops at 50% and never moves past. Tried it via my account and also via https://www.bandlab.com/mastering. No good. Is anyone else here having this issue or is it just me? No go on WAV or MP3. I tried Chrome and Edge.

I searched the web but the Bandlab video was all I could find on this and according to that I should not have an issue. https://blog.bandlab.com/how-to-use-bandlab-mastering-tutorial/

Curious if this is an new account issue or not.

I just today signed up to BandLab and I thought why not upload a track.  It looked to be going fine until it hit 98 percent then it stalled.  I stopped and tried again and my second try was successful.  Keep trying!

Tried again today still stopping at 50%. Tried uploading many songs I already have on Soundcloud and Hearthis still no go. I will see what happens using the help link James Argo provided.

    Thanks folks!

I had no problems uploading. There have been a few comments from Meng here and there about BandLab being optimized for Chrome so if you haven't already, might give that a whirl.

i got the impression that they're using chrome for the advanced audio api? uploading files shouldn't be affected by browser type

Still issues with this. It stops at 98% when I try to upload from the BandLab library/Projects Upload.
I sent in a help message so lets see what they say.

    Thanks all.

    Update!

I tried again (yeah I won't give up) and it worked...only via BandLab library/Projects Upload. It took over 10 to 20 min per song but eventually it worked. https://www.bandlab.com/northern_comfort. Past two days I left it for 30-40min with no results. Got two songs to upload which were 16/48.

Now I am going to try with one of my 96kHZ songs. :) maybe ha!

    Makin progress.

Ive had no problems uploading and processing 96K 24bit stereo wav file (more than 6 minute long song), also didn't take too long, perhaps about 1 minute or 2 if that. Perhaps certain time of day may be more busy?

    Cheers
