BandLab Website

I have found that at times I can't even get the site to come up. Have had this on several different computers.

Anyone else having this issue?

I'm sure you know this but BandLab works best in Chrome. Any troubles I've had with the site is in Edge.

I have Windows 10 with Edge. Bandlab always launches. From what I have read, it seems using the Bandlab app for making music works with Chrome.

It's supposed to work best in Chrome, maybe it's time to reset or reinstall your Chrome browser ? Sounds like something is broken in it.

Must be something with Chrome. I will do the uninstall/reinstall thing in few days.

I have no issues accessing the BandLab website, but at work it complains about the SSL certificates not being valid.
It does let me in when I add the certificate as an exception though.

My corporate laptop is still running 1709 rather than the latest 1804, so I put it down to out of date root authority certificates.

Are you running the latest version of Win 10? If not, maybe some of your root authority certificates are old and maybe your AV is blocking the site as a result?

your work is probably rewriting the certificates for security, i know mine does; you should be aware that there may be referenced scripts etc being served from a different server, so you would have to add an exception for those too

I figured Chrome might have thrown a glitch so I restarted my machine and tried again and Chrome still won't open BandLab website. But Edge and FF will. IDK.

Will try the un/reinstall later today.

I can't get access to www.bandlab.com with MS Internet Explorer (IE11).

For me, the BandLab site works with Edge on Win10. However, no success with IE11 on Win7 or Win10. My DAW is Win7 and has IE11.   I'm able to use IE11 with other web sites and it previously worked with the BandLab site.

Using IE11, the BandLab home page flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second, and then this error appears:   "Ooops!  Something is wrong  TT TT".

    I'll submit a support e-mail.

My home setup works fine. I'm using Chrome BTW. However, my work computer has issues and gives a message "Something went wrong". Firewall issues maybe?

Following up ... I contacted BandLab support, and they quickly fixed the IE11 issue.  IE11 works again on Win10 and Win7.  As others have mentioned, support recommended Chrome for the best experience with the web site. I'm mainly accessing the site for Cakewalk info, and IE11 seems to work fine for routine browsing.

Might be Tim. But I went and un/reinstall thing and now BandLab is loading again on Chrome.

I could get BandLab to load on Chrome on my music pc and my Surface. Just my home pc was giving me a fit!
