Bandlab into Sonar

Wow I was off the grid for a week and just saw the news!!!  Old cakewalk user very optimistic over new possibilities.  I signed up at bandlab and find it most intriguing.  I instantly found a track I would like to add too.  How do I get it into Sonar, not to be negative toward Bandlab.  I've got some learning to do to get into Bandlab projects.  Looking forward to this new collaboration system.

    Ok, I got it.  The author gave me an invite,  I accepted, and went to the mix editor.  I could download or record at that point.  It was easy.  Now my next question.  Can Bandlab do stereo tracks?

    I think the author recorded a mono track and I'm on a laptop right now (mic only input).  It looks like its possible to do stereo.
