Bandlab won't recognize Cakewalk password

As a lifetime Sonar Platinum owner, I have yet to try to install Bandlab Cakewalk yet, but I know I will sooner or later.  Tonight, I tried to access an install with the Bandlab assistant, but it will not recognize my Cakewalk password. When I try to change my password by clicking "forgot your password" on the prompt, it takes me to a webpage that does not indicate any password change function.  How can I get Bandlab to recognize my Cakewalk password or how can I change the password to a new one. Thanks.

Have you created an account on the Bandlab site with the same email as your Cakewalk account?

I had this happen on one of my machines. The other two machines login would work, letting me in to BandLab. So I knew it wasn't a bad password issue. The problem resolved itself. I never figured it out.

Maybe that's it, Grem. I'm not in a hurry. I'll wait and see. Thanks.
