    I think you need to put the credit card away. Do you buy everything? Lol. You may have plugin fever.

    WOW, I bought it last night with a nearly instantaneous DL link (not surprising since many companies are automated) however today I got a non-bot real human follow up asking if my download was trouble free and upon responding I got yet another follow up email saying if I have any problems to contact (no pun intended) them immediately.

    All that for $10 in sales. Quite honestly that is amazing CS, IMHO.

    WOW, I bought it last night with a nearly instantaneous DL link (not surprising since many companies are automated) however today I got a non-bot real human follow up asking if my download was trouble free and upon responding I got yet another follow up email saying if I have any problems to contact (no pun intended) them immediately.

    That IS amazing customer service...

    Good...I'm glad a company has the hutzpa to do this...bravisimo!

    Well I just bought it and tried to download it using the emailed link and first, it downloads too fast...almost instantly...which usually means somethings not right...and then none of my extraction programs can open it.  Did you guys have any trouble?  What did you use to unarchive/extract it?

    Actually that happened to me. I just assumed it was "network" glitch. Upon immediate second attempt I got the full file and used Winzip to extract it just fine and dandy.

    Sounds great.  Emmett sent me a direct link that finally worked.  Fabulous customer service.  I'm gonna turn him on to the forum so he can deal directly with folks.  He may be having some startup glitches...but if this is the way he handles (relatively teency) concerns he's gonna do well.  Thumbs up.
