Twisted my knee last night, and limps like me with a bad knee now

There was a bit too much "twisting and shouting" a twerk Saturday, a little after midnight, and it's my job to try to stop it..
I couldn't quite keep up with the twisting, with my arthritic knees 
Those things happen at my twerk place. Just glad it isn't worse 
 
And I don't kneed my nee to shout at mike, but it helps 
How else Am I supposed to inadvertently knock the Mike stand, ruining takes??

I had a doctors appointment today (anyway), and got it tested. It's only twisted, not injured in any way.
And beer is a good pain killer

I got a small fridge from my youngest son some time back, and I believe it can connect via the lighter/12 volts from the car.
Could be an option..
