I've suffered from migraines since I was ~13. I had one period in my life for about two years where I did not get any headaches at all.
Diet should have accounted for it. I was on a strict Atkins diet then. However, I stayed on that same strict diet for another 18 months but in that 18 months the headaches came back and within 3 months of that 18 month period the deep migraines returned. Go figure.
I have no blood pressure issues. All my blood tests are relatively normal, except blood sugar when I eat too many sweets. I'm a type II diabetic, which is diet controlled (no meds needed yet).
My entire family (mom, dad and three sisters all suffered from bad headaches). My 12 year old grandson is now suffering from severe headaches. He goes in for an MRI on Saturday. My son and daughter get severe headaches too.

seriuosly, the migrane thing.. my lady friend has them and she has to lay down in a dark quite room for a while, and it last for a day or so , sometimes longer...
Green Acres is the place to be I dont twitter, facebook, snapchat, instagram,linkedin,tumble,pinterest,flick, blah blah,lets have an old fashioned conversation!

Sorry about the migranes, Bapu. If it helps, I'll accept the blame for the pain. I don't know what I did, but I'll take the blame anyway. I'll just put it in with the rest of the world's problems for which I'm usually blamed. I think I've got some room left in the "Slow Internet Connections" closet. That sucks, Bapster. I get migraines but not very often and I am very thankful for that. When I do get them though I go kind of blind for a while (like an untuned TV). First time it happened I was at work and it was very frightening. Do you get the visual stuff? Anyway... I got back from the cardio dude and my heart isn't going to explode so I should be fine for another year. Thanks for the kind words, ya'll. Good people on this here forum. Cheers.
