Good morning gents!!
Back from my (not so) mini vacation. Wife is down with walking pneumonia, 3 others with high fevers/allergic reactions to antibiotics and what not etc...I was a frequent flyer at the urgent care. They're all slowly recovering, but not fun. These are the times you really appreciate all the hats the Mrs. wears when I'm not at home......I'm blessed.
 
I was planning on spending some quality time (last week) at the DAW, but didn't even have a chance to fire it up. Still, glad I was off work when they all came down with this.
 
Anyway, how's everyone doing here?

My staycation was a workcation. I told my other half the next time I get time off I'm going into hiding. Why is it everyone else's job to find something for me to do?

Good day matey's!!
Happy to say the Mrs. is on her way to recovery (hopefully in the next few days, back to norm) and only 1 little one has a hard time breaking the fever (now going on 5 days) without any other symptoms.
 
I'm back at twerking and hopefully this weekend, back on my guitar/DAW. I did however buy a used Uke for $10, which turned out to be a very nice sounding instrument.

I've never tried to record a guitar or uke with a mic. There's no way to do that in my house, with 5 wittle ones running around (always plugged in the instruments). I think it's time for a man cave.....with a small fridge.....and a door lock.

I am on a 4 day work week which requires attendance at 6am. I need an hour to get there and a half hour to get ready so I have to be up by 4:30. It isn't bad if you say it fast.

I can only afford bus fare....and that's the short bus.
However, I was able to squeeze out $15 for THIS
