I picked up the 8dio violin for $38...it's mighty fine too.....................I think................ Haven't tried it yet.

I got Softube's Tonelux Tilt Eq for 20 Euro at eBay yesterday. Won an auction, and got it for 1 Euro under my max price.
Didn't think I'd win, and just put the bids in for a little excitement  That's my summer purchase out of the way

Congrats on all the new toys.....Tim, you got a violin library from 8DIO and you play the real violin?

A violin library makes a nice fast way to compose without mic'ing up "coffee". I'm low level intermediate.
That 8dio library BTW is useful to some degree but it's a bunch or round robin arpeggio stuff. Just be aware of that anyone who is looking at it. Makes a great learning tool because I can copy the arpeggios which are played parts of the great composers. Seems it will work well with my other solo libraries. 

I was just messin with ya bro.
On the other hand, I have guitar libraries and yet I fool myself thinking I can play the guitar.

I had a Wendys baconator. That would probably qualify me for at least a few years. The thing about the baconator is you feel like you might be giving birth to twins afterwards.

I just got one in yesterday. They get killer raves. I put it together but it was raining so I couldn't use it. I'll be cookin' up some bacon, eggs, omelets,fajitas, hamburgers, steaks, and a lot more. I just need to season the top. I got tired of getting grease burned hamburgers in my regular grill.

I hope you got the cover, Tim. We have these griddles in my store and if they get even a little wet, well, as Neil Young sang, rust never sleeps.

Made salmon with chickpea salad and rice on the new griddle last night. Washed it down with a Bud light while reading a new copy of SOS on the back patio. No one was home for awhile.The sun was out, the birds were singing. Does it get any better than that? 
The rust yeah-Thanks for the heads up. You treat those the same way you do the old cast iron frying pans. I have several coats of oil on it now. The surface gets dark which is supposed to happen. Time for some becan

Good luck wit dat toy Ken. My studio looks like a bomb drop zone....maybe I told you.One of my dogs was locked inside unawares and he tried to escape by digging the carpet under the door. He could have contented himself playing guitar but NNNOOoooo. The good news is there's nowhere to go but up. Word of advice- Don't install carpet with pets.
 
 

Glad to see it was only the carpet that was damaged. Unlike here, we've got drain brammage......hey look, AM at the top of this pile!!
