I had homemade Beef Stew/rice with carrots, some whole dill pickles and 2 corn muffins..and a big glass of water!!
I am down to 185 lbs plus BP is lowered and actually I am logging it now may be able to drop off the BP meds, the glucose I am still trying to get under control without pills.

My lady can't get enough of health guidelines here. In terms of milk, well basically if we don't know the cow personally, including how she was raised, what she eats and whether she came from a good home, then the milk that I barely use* isn't good enough. *I don't use enough such that I have to buy ultra pasteurized or it will go bad on me.

LOL at Bapus comments I started my journey weighing 227 now I am at 185 been down to 181, down two dress sizes LOL... my original goal was to get to 200, my GP told me no, I want you @ 190. If I go by the published tables they suggest 165, thats just not possible.

For the record I felt good when I was 210. I was there for about three years in a row. Funny thing, everyone I knew said I looked too thin almost . And these are people who are thin.
I'm running about 239 as of late. Which says I'm obese.
By the book I should be 144-188. If I were there it would look like I'm wearing an invisibility cloak.
My goal is to get back to 210 or at best 200.

very good Bapsi, its a lifestyle change, I have learned.I really initially got bummed out by the "books" suggestion, but reality kicks in and practicality reigns supreme.
