I am working nights this weekend, and want my beers be(er)fore it starts  I have been having a lot of second doubts about my mixing decisions lately (as well as earlier). Just got EZDrummer, and been trying to redo my drums, as a continuum of a never ending story. I really do not want (and never have been able) to publicly show my songs before I feel remotely confident that I have something to show (and I seldom do) But thanks for the thoughts  Will post something soon. No worries Ken, I'm sure you're being a bit hard on yourself and your mixes probably sound very good. Although I haven't posted anything lately, I know I'm just an amateur/hobbyist that's open to all/any good advice I can get. For me, there's really nothing to lose and a lot to gain from everyone.

Lol....I have a similar problem. I like rock/disco/electronic/blues/heavy metal/funk/reggae/latin/classical........just not all at once. I figure (being a guitarist), best is to stay with what you do best without a lot of effort.......(play air guitar )......I mean rock and build up on that.

Just go with what sounds good to your ears. The fine tuning of stuff that you might miss, the others in here will chip in on that.
