After todays double breakfast burger, my pigmeat craving seems to be satiated. Back to at least 2 weeks of diet food.

Also I noticed that while the double bacon or sausage mcmuffins are £2.49 each, the single bagels are £2.19, but they have the same (sausage) or more (bacon) calories because the bread is unhealthier. Would still rather stick to muffins for maximum protein, and minimal calories from the bread. Having both the meat doubles is only 900 kcal, then I just have a salad, fruit or cereal for the next two days.

I went to a disco once, the famed Yellow Pages in Denver. While the women were pleasant to look at gyrating on the dance floor, the music wasn't my cup of tea. Since dancing was not a skill valued among my people, I left and went to a bar where the music was harder and you could actually hear what someone was saying without them yelling at you.
