A bit of wisdom for you young 'uns from an old git - working long, long hours, late into the night, weekends etc - waste of time. It only decreases your ability to work productively the next day. Better off putting a decent day, 8-9 hours, and then getting some rest.

I did a LOT of all-nighters and weekends back in the 90s - all I got was old and tired.

At my workplace, we have 12 hour shifts. No way around it. On the other hand, it's only (on average) 3 days a week.
