But you pulled out one for me....

My parents had Appaloosas when I was a kid, and I stepped in lots of horse poop on purpose cleaning out stalls.  If I never touch another horse turd again it'll probably still be too soon.  

The secret I'd like to share is that I just do not understand football.  I mean, I get the point of the game, but I don't get the attraction.  They say baseball is boring but the pitcher has to throw the ball every 20 seconds based on the MLB rulebook.  That's twice as often as play calling in bootball.

I'll let you in on a secret that will never be repeated......

This is my 7,000th post

I stepped up and produced a 24 bit vocal track for Bapu. Although I was very busy with paid client's work, he had it around 4 hours after his original request for BV's. I followed his instructions to the letter and now I have heard the track, my vocal would have been very easy to drop in without too much editing.

All of this for the love of it.

Do you think he has offered me one of those snazzy new Straumpu & the CHC avatars?

I can understand your confusion.  It probably stems from inhaling an excessive amount of horsepucky.  Horses play football, but they don't go on and on about it in a vain attempt to impress the mares. 

I should probably also point out that in my youth I inhaled the distinctive aroma of horse, cow, goat, pig, and chicken "by products" on a daily basis.  I have been known to sink up to my knees, struggling to maintain a toe grip on my boots (when I had boots).  We didn't have any monkeys, so I had to do my own flinging.  My judgement may be impaired.

I sent it out...only to see it disappear into the aether....

Depending on how you sent it out, that's entirely possible.  I was part of a group asked to do the same thing for someone else, and what I did was record a couple of decent takes (out of the gazillion) and put them in a folder in my Dropbox.  I then "invited" the person I did it for to join my folder via the Dropbox website, but he never got that email.  


Instead I right-clicked each one and got Dropbox links for both and emailed those directly.  

I checked for time travelling email and the possible involvement of Driveshaft, but I've got nothing.  Could someone check and see if the Smoke Monster left it lying around somewhere? 

I'm beginning to think it's truely LOST.
