How was your weekend?
 
My family took me out for dinner on fathers day to Cheesecake Factory (although I think they are the ones who really wanted to go there (for cheesecake) and 'nudged' me into going there).

Good middle of the day from Norway It's raining and cold again here now
I spent the weekend setting up my studio pc (fresh install), and updating and installing SONAR and loads of plugz. Getting there..

Ken, at least the good thing about a fresh install is you get the opportunity to install only the plugs you really want to use......unless, you're a plugin hoarder.
The bad news is, you'll eventually get stuff you won't use.

I'm taking precautions regarding access plugins. Only paid ones first 
The free ones I find useful are a few of the http://www.tokyodawn.net/tokyo-dawn-labs/ plugz and http://klanghelm.com/contents/products/MJUCjr/MJUCjr.php

I have the full version of MJUC and it is an excellent plug.....very inexpensive too (especially at KVR). Good stuff and highly recommend getting the full version.
 
I've heard good things about the Tokyodawn products (IIRC, someone said the EQ?? was really good)....will have to check that out.

Aaahhh... Beer o'clock again Did "garden" (just a hedge and weeds) maintenance, and band (drums) rehearsal today.
Tomorrow my work week starts, and have to have late and short beer o'clocks the next days

I would switch with you for some hours, but struggle when it gets too hot (astma starts acting up)
We have 10 degrees celsius, wind and rain. Could be worse. It's Norway after all

I'm content with practically good weather all year around.....mostly about 25 Celsius. Summers get very humid and a bit warmer (35 C).....still, no complaints. It's the hurricanes/lightening that I don't like.
 
Yeah, the cooler weather might be easier on your asthma.....or have a lot of cold beer at hand.

That too.....although I did watch a little when Gretzky used to play......waaay back in the day.
 
I like cricket, B-ball, football, soccer etc...those others are a little scary.

The only cricket I play is a type of dart game (a variation of the UK game called "Mickey Mouse").  I've yet to either play or even see a cricket match...
 
Other than that, I've played just about every other sport though basketball was my worst (no rhythm - lol!) although I could dunk by jumping straight up.  I loved the physical sports like lacrosse, hockey and football, but was better at other sports like baseball, softball ("A" league) and two-man beach volleyball ("AA" - the Pros are all "AAA").  So many others too!
