I think everyone deserves TOTPs. We all post here and read (almost) all of the pages. Besides, why should only the people with high post counts get them? Or people who never sleep? I was here yesterday and today, just like you and I deserve one just as much, whether I slept or not.
If everyone had a TOTP, the world would be a better, happier place.
