All 5 of my little one's are sick with some crazy 102 - 103 fever (happens every other day) and now with coughs/colds. Hopefully,  they'll recover before me mum gets here this Saturday.

Gonna try to hobble my way through some stuff today anyway but as anyone who suffers from severe back issues knows... there comes a point where even sitting completely motionless becomes excruciatingly impossible.
 
I've been led to believe that migraines are very similar.
 
Thank cripes I don't get them on top of everything else (aside from rare occasions when I go partially blind for a while but that's only happened a few times in my life).

What's new in the world?
I spent a couple of days in Sweden this weekend with family and in laws, getting things ready for summer.
I'm broken today  
Sore from my heels to my head, from carrying stuff around 
Probably didn't help that I went canoeing for the first time in approx 30 yrs either  

I mixed a little yesterday.
 
Sad life for me.

Spent the whole day with my Mom yesterday.  I'm supposed to be on my way to Seattle right now, but my lower back is KILLING me for some reason so I'm moving very slow...  *Sigh...*

aaaand I just realized why my back has been an arsehole lately.
 
Change of season bullpuckey. Every fall and every winter for the past... oooh decade my back has without fail gone sideways on me. Being slighter smarter than your average bag of wet hair I noticed this phenomena over time and the past couple years have made efforts to be particularly careful at those times of year not to exasperate the issue.
 
Last fall I did not get my usual visit from Mr. Imgonnapunchyouinthespineforacoupleweeks. Between that and all the annoying bullcrap I've been screwing with this month I totally forgot and have been trucking along like I didn't posess the body of an 80 year old woman.
 
and thus the appearance once again of ole Mr. Imgonnapunchyouinthespineforacoupleweeks.
