Its overpriced and tiny. As such they have very little interest in them, but its still at the bottom of my current list of 4 houses unless they would be willing to reduce the price a lot.
 
Actually the max price doesnt matter - buying more shares in a shared property home depends on a new current valuation. If they valuate the property as being lower, you save a lot. If it goes up, you have to pay more. And I would get housing benefit to pay for the rent on the shared part.
 
Hmmmm, might be worth snagging one of these then as shared ownership is all I can afford for a decent quality house, and the ones higher up on my list have a lot more interest in them.

I no longer care for totp. I want a house. At this point any house. So that house would do since I cant afford any without shared ownership.
 
They told me they've had 4 of them listed since March and only sold one, so very little interest. I'll see how long I can reserve one for while waiting to hear back about the others Ive applied for. Those would be in Wakefield and Dewsbury, but they told me each house has multiple applicants already.

Much better morning ... finally figured out why my headset was not working ... Logitech does not mention it but many of their headsets do not work on USB 3.0 ports ... switch it to a 2.0 and voila ... problem solved and microphone works! Gads, it might be the other way around, but they would not document that at all!

Yeah, that was an issue with other devices as well (audio interfaces, midi controllers etc...) and I don't really know if the newer USB 3 ports can recognize them now.......
Sometimes you just have to re-plug for it to plug n play.   

I wonder if that is Ken's problem?

I upgraded to Komplete 11 Ultimatum from Komplete 9 and it shipped yesterday. I don't even have nearly enough space left for all of it on my SSD drive (well meebee I wood if NI and everyjuan else didn't insist on giving me "24 bit" libraries that at best prolly are 18 bit or so, but they gotzed to give the peopes wut they want, wroight? ).
 
Anyway, does anyjuan here know if there are any of the newer, more ultimal libraries that I kan not bother with (besides the basses which I never install) or that I absolutely must install?
 
And will I no longer feel inkomplete now?

Pffft.....K11U aint the whole bag of chips....

Well the house I viewed was basically absolute garbage. The best part of it was the size of the garage. The rest of the house is an entire house crammed over the size of a single and a half garage. It also doesnt have 'bedrooms', its literally 3 closets. And for £175,000 and terraced too sheesh! But available at only 25% shared ownership.
 
Price is terrible. Location is also terrible for someone who cannot drive for medical reasons (busses to the area only once an hour). Road its built on and roads in the area are so narrow and I need all my stuff home delivered (really dont think Asda vans will be able to bring me food there).
 
So even Im unsuccessful for the more suitable larger and cheaper 2 bedroom houses, this one is an absolute nope. They should be ashamed pricing it at 6 figures, even if it is a new build, freaking single garage sized house.

My major reason for the upgrade was for Una Corda, and minor reason was the Orchestral Lite stuff. I own nearly everything else as I have K10U already (plus AS2). And of course that might make my K12U upgrade price better next year.

"Precise"? No, I would say cheap is more like it - I want to know exaktly what I'm getting for my money so I do krazy, neurotic things like wasting time making spreadsheets and reading manuals before I buy sumthing.

I've never even heard of that. 
 
But I'm pretty much through with new plugins. I really only did the Komplete upgrade thingy for the gnu Reaktor - I just decided the rest of it was worth the additional kost akkording to my spreadsheet. 
 
Udder than that, the only plugin stuff I've bought the last couple of years was a handful of fairly cheap individual plug upgrades and also added a couple of cheap M-Tron expansions that were on sale a while back.
 
I really, really, really don't want or need any more compressors or EQ's or much of anything else at this point, not to mention I went to the dark side of money sucking HW with the modular anyways.

Beware! The costs of the dark side are high and you probably can't go back juance ewe go there.
 
And it's not practical or really "better" or anything like that. What it is is complicated and immediate and often unpredictable and definitely not reliably reproducible. So you end up with "do it now, because tomorrow it's going to be gone and you can't really expect to find your way back" (tomorrow you go someplace else!). 
 
Which is another way of saying it's expensive and unproductive. And addictive, especially for those who lack focus or discipline and want to explore.
