this was mastered with Landr.  Did it do any good?  It's about a bear.

David, I really love music that takes me into uncharted or unexpected territory, and this piece does that.  It's quite a sophisticated piece which would probably sound good mastered by any number of people.  To me, it's all about the mixing, which is where I begin mastering.  All my EQ decisions are made from the git-go, and I just use mastering to raise the volume and sometimes to adjust the stereo spread.  I think even the bear could have mastered this

Delete LANDR, it's about as much use as a glass buttock. Like the music and FX though, very evocative. 'I am the revenant come calling, at the tail end of the day'.

James is right, I had to have buttock replacement surgery and they replaced my right one with glass. It's a bastard sitting down on anything even slightly shiny.

This is the first LANDR-ized audio that I have ever liked.

It's not a cluttered mix, but everything sounded pretty darn good! The strings were super clear. I think the right speaker had more going on, is it balanced that way on porpoise?

And, are you absolutely sure it's not about Godzilla?  :)

    nice job . . .

Tom, the pannings are set as if you're watching an orchestra.  This is part of a larger suite, so the *bear* section is only the cello's and basses (should be on the right) with occasional bloops from the violins (on the left).  On it's own it does sound kind of strange.

Now that was pretty unexpected and unconventional for me David. Kept me hooked on and curious as to what was coming next.
Along the way, it sort of took me back to an era of those silent movies with an engaging background score that emotes the characters.
    Good one overall.

It's definitely in your face. I guess that's what landr did to it. I can imagine a music track that was processed this way would sound LOUD. Yet I can still plainly hear the individual sounds, so I would say this is a success. Sorry, can't comment on the avant garde composition. (I'm the grouchy old guy who didn't like The Beatles until 1977.)

Thx synkraton and makke.  Synkraton,  it actually is longer...there's a little codicil at the end with some violin bloops.
Landr cut it off!  I made this intentionally short, because I get better feedback the shorter my contributions are. :D:D

I think LANDR did OK with this one..   except for what sounds like a little distortion on those ending lines?    Definitely a different piece though, like others I wasn't sure where it was headed next...

Yes I noticed the distortion as well.  I think it might have been digital clipping though (rather than landr).  See I can admit I made a mistake! :D:D

Wow, very different. There's nice musicianship in there. I think the LANDR might have added some distortion.
