Beatscape

Does Beatscape support 3/4 (or other) time signatures?

I would think that Beatscape can do any time sig you wanted, based on the MIDI you use to trigger it, and the rex or other audio that you load into it. IOW, it will play back whatever you ask it to.

Ok, I just sprung for S8 and Beatscape. I set my project to 3/4, and loaded one of my Ableton loops on the pad. However, it doesn't play at the project tempo, unless I'm missing something. Of course, I can make a special file of it, but I am used to simply dragging loops into the Ableton matrix, and having them play perfrectly in sync with no further manipulation. I was sort of hoping Beatscape could do the same thing....

Can it? I await enlightenment (or else I'll have to RTFM... sigh....)

(I'm also hearing clicks and pops, which didn't exist in S7, but 8.01 may fix that next week....)
    Best Regards,

    Chuck
