Best Becan of all time?
Name the one place you got the best becan ever.
Mine was in a diner in North Hollywood, CA. A perfect thickness, and cooked not too raw but not dried out either. I can't remember the name of the place but it was fabulous.

Or both., I seem to think the bacon from the northern peak was the best.

Chicahominy Restaurant. Williamsburg. A mile from the airport. Traditional Southern breakfast - eggs, becan, sausage, ham, grits (no, not with sugar, you yankees...), flat biscuits, butter, jam, and a Bloody Mary.

I like to get like a 1/2 to 1" thick piece of bacon and put it on the smoker.
