Best Motherboard to overclock i7 920

I need to build a new system and would like opinions on the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7.  Is this over kill?  I've read it's a good board, but seems a bit pricey.  Is it that much better than a ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 X58 which is $60 cheaper?

    I paid $200 for my EX58-UD4P, but it came with TI firewire, which mad any extra expense worthwhile. Of course, that means little if you're not using a FW interface. My Gigabyte board has been rock solid, and it comes with software that makes it a snap to OC (though I don't bother).
