Best Resources to Learn SONAR X3 Producer?

I have been a Reason user, looking to cross-grade and I own SONAR X3 Producer.  I would like to truly learn it now, and I should mention I am NOT a pro -- just a hobbyist.  Any direction to  a good resource by chance?

    Just dive right into it. Thats the way i did it years ago. When i get to a point where i want to do something, but i have no idea how to do it in Sonar, I looked it up in the help files, PDF or Googled it and i always found an answer. All hands on is the best way to learn Sonar and most everything else, IMHFO
