Best option for Music file? I think?

Frankly I did try to fine info on this before this post... but I've been up all night mixing... Coffee good!
so I created (exported) my song as an mp3 file, put it up on SoundClicks but as always the upload seems to compress my compressed mp3 :(

I used all top options exporting to mp3, Whatever that means? (bit rate 128) and (quality set to best) I left variable bit rate uncheck. What does that do?
I guess I will use Reverbnation to post my song. I really want to have the best quality song file. I'm not ever sure if there are any other options or at least a better mp3 converter process.

Coffee good... oh I said that...

peace~!

I use 160kbs as I believe that's the format Sound Click uses. Could be I'm thinking of Sound Cloud. I use all 3 and each has it's pitfalls. I like Sound Cloud best. Clean and no Bull.  Reverbanation is full of bullsheet and you post a song and they tell you it's climbing the charts and send us money . You should post this question in the songs forum where lots of folks are dealing with your issue and certainly have it figured out by now.
