Best sound restoration plug-in for SHS7XL

Hello, I do a lot of video production and I have a project that needs some quality sound restoration. I was thinking of going back to my old friend Sonar Home Studio XL and related plug-ins to give it a try. I mainly use Final Cut Pro Studio for my video editing but also use Vegas Pro 10 and the VST plug-in Boost 11 from Cakewalk with it. I was looking at Ozone 4 but was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best plugin for sound restoration would be?

    instead of ozone, look at izotope's (ozone's maker) RX. 

    sony soundforge is supposed to have some good restoration plugs as well.

    I've heard someone say the bigger version of Izotope RX is "CSI-level" :o) so it must be the best.

    No joking...it might be the best around that costs less than a Mercedes.

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
