Best way to set up File Locations

I am starting out fresh now on my new computer.  I hope to be better organized this time.

Under Preferences, File location it defaults to C:\Cakewalk Projects.  My C drive is a new SDD so I am sure that would be fast, but I don't like the idea of project files on the system drive.  My understanding is that Sonar should be on the C drive, but projects and audio wave files should be on a different hard drive.

My plan is to set up the preference to save Project files and wave files under my e drive which is 7200 rpm mechanical drive.  Everything in the same folder.  I assume all of the other preference options can stay under the C-drive.

What is the best way to set up Sonar for file locations?

Thanks

64 bit Windows 8.1 Pro, Intel Core 6 5830K 3.5GHZ 32gb of quad channel ram.  Presonus Firestudio Tube, Sonar Platinum, build x3e
4 hard drives
C: 1 tb SSD Samsung
D: 1 tb WD 7200 rpm
E: 2 tb WD 7200 rpm
Y: 2 tb WD 7200 rpm

You can even move (or copy, and delete afterwards to be safe) the whole Cakewalk Content folder to a specific drive.
