Best way to transfer wave files (from iTunes or not) to new Galaxy S5 ?-Solved

I am getting a new Galaxy S5 phone and want to transfer all my wave files from my PC.  I don't know much about the Galaxy 5S.  Google Play is a program that can play wave files on the Galaxy.
I want to be able to retain the high bit rate of my wave files when I transfer.
What is the best program for doing this task? 
Also, how would you rate the playback quality of the S5 vs. the iPhone 5S?

    i just drag and drop files from my hard drive to my HTC M8....
     
    easy as that.

    Do you know if I can do that using the Galaxy S5?  Do you know if they can be wave files?
    I have owned an iPhone for so long I am not current on Android phones.
