Beta Testers - eye for detail and...?

I cannot open Dan Cate's call for beta testers with any of the browsers I have.
 
In the popup it states:
 
Hello All, We are on the lookout for participants to join our Sonar
Beta program. This is an opportunity to help shape of our
product for the future. If I've grabbed your interest, keep reading.
Beta Tester Must haves You must love to make music with
software. You must have an eye for detail and..
 
That's it.
 
Anyone able to open it and read more?
 
I shall resist asking the obvious ... aren't we all beta testers? - No,on second thoughts, I won't resist :)

    That is weird. Never tried it before.
     
    This is just a guess but maybe he got all the beta testers he needed.

    This rerouting to the main list happens when a thread gets deleted... but I guess he forgot to unsticky it so we can still click on the title.
     
    And yeah... they probably filled their quota... or they were getting flooded with derp herders.
