Better marker management: right click to delete

Currently right-clicking a marker displays the marker properties. 
 
I would prefer a right-click menu with a DELETE option, properties/edit,...
 
If not, then the marker properties dialog should have a DELETE option.
 
AND:::
 
the Markers  dialog should also have a right-click menu with a DELETE option. Currently the marker needs to be clicked and then the MINUS button (DEL key) needs to be clicked to delete.
 
BUTTTTTT::::: clicking on a marker in the list moves the now time.
 
I should be able to delete markers without opening the markers list, or moving the now time.
