Big Fish Loops Transpose

I've just installed the Big Fish Loops with update 10.  I can preview them in the media browser just fine.  When I move a loop to a track it somehow seems to get transposed.  The track version and the media browser version certainly don't sound the same.  The track version is definitely playing in a lower key.  I've tried this with a pile of loops and they all do the same.
When I do this with non-Big Fish loops the track version and media browser version are the same.
Has anyone else experienced this?  I'm not to familiar with using loops.
Thanks
T

I don't have them installed on this machine to check, but when you insert them it sounds like they are inserted with groove clip looping already on and probably set to stretch to project tempo without preserving the pitch.

There are updates to the new Big Fish libraries in the Command Center. I updated earlier today without knowing what had been fixed. The loop I just checked played correctly both from the browser and a track. So, perhaps they fixed this issue. Can anyone verify that the update fixes it?

???    I just checked my Command Center & my lights are still all green. Should I re-install the Big Fish Audio folders anyway?  I too have that 'transposed in track view' issue.

Correction: I had downloaded the loops with the early release. After installing the recent update, everything is fine. No transposing issues.

I'm not to familiar with using loops.

You probably have the project pitch set to a key that's not the same as the song itself. When you bring the loops into the project, they follow what the project tells them to do.

Acidized loops are an extremely flexible way to work with audio but you need to know the basics of how they work, how they're transposed, native pitch, etc.

You are quite correct Mr. Anderton.  I set the project pitch and things match up.  Thanks so much.

You can also insert pitch markers to transpose during the song.
