i have always liked the idea of actually capturing live performances and mixing something from scratch, so i can make all the choices... these things are a mystery to me. i do own Superior Drummer, and know that the toontracks stuff is really well crafted.

The EZMix guitar tones packs are quite good and I like the vocal ones. I'm not sold on the mastering or mixing ones as being that useful.

If you don't count Metal Month EZ Mix Packs most of what they have released the last year and half have been guitar packs. And they are they good. Doesn't Overloud do their EZ Mix packs for them? Kinda like TH2/TH3 expansion packs.
It's Bass, not Bass. i7 2700K, 16GB DDR3, 2 SSD sample drives and OS drive, HDD SATAIII for projects, 2 24" monitors Focusrite Saffire Pro 24, Focusrite VRM Box, LAVA Lamp, SONAR Platinum 64 bit, Mackie MCU and 1 MCU XT, Akai Advance 49, Windows 10, Komplete 9 Ultimate, Cakewalk, Toontrack, IK, AAS, XLN, UVI, Air Music Tech, Waves Factory, Sample Tek and Sonivox VSTi's. As they do for Antelope Audio, including them for free in their interfaces, so I got the Zen Tour

Would love them to do some more "name" packs. Love the Henderson.

EZMix stuff can either save a lot of time or be a big time waster. It's been both for me at different times. Although doing it all my self is sometimes cool, I just want to engineer and master the songs I'm responsible for, not Engineer and Master.

Wouldn't genre or time period packs be useful? You have a Reggae song and you need the Reggae sounding delay on vocals. Or comp for 70's tea towel drums?

Anyone want to go half-sies on a generic EZMix 6 pack? Roughly $80 at time and space so you'd be paying $40 for 3 serials. If so, let me know. I'll take the risk by buying the pack.

I went ahead and bought a 6 pack. I'm keeping 3 serials, but I have the others for sale at KVR for a good price if you're only looking to get one for this new Rock pack. My username at KVR is jsp1979. Back on topic, I'll be getting this Big Rock Ezmix pack later today. ;)
