Bitbridge Getting Stuck?

I'm building my new DAW and ran into a little snag...
 
Doing a VST scan of a 32bit plugin (Arppe2600VA) gets stuck with an error message:
 
Can't load module. 'LP Clock'
 
It's running fine on my other DAW with the same version of SPlat...
 
Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can fix it?
