Bitbridge Just stopped working.

I have been working all day on a project with no issues. About 3 to 5 hours ago I launched my project and bit bridge fails to load saying that a "pure virtual function call" error in the C++ runtime has happened.
 
I uninstalled and reinstalled my C++ 2013 runtime libraries as well as Sonar Platinum and I still get the problem.
 
Did Windows 10 just do an update?
