Black Friday Sonar X3

I have no problem with my X3 upgrade for 150 as I started with pro audio 9 and like the improvements, but... This sweetwater AD
http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/SonarX3 appears to be X3 producer for $99? Am I reading that right? Is this X3 producer?

    It doesn't say producer or mention of any version anywhere, which makes me wonder if a marketing person has pasted in marketing blurb for one size fits all...

    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
