This morning's paper included a flyer from Guitar Center advertising some very cheap loss-leaders (limited quantities), things like free drumsticks, $1 guitar stands and a $69 Epiphone Les Paul. You have to be in line at 6:00 AM, though, and GC is a zoo on a normal day so I'll pass.

How about $29.99 for EZDrummer? The last thing I need, but still sounds like a pretty awesome deal.

Ya, EZdrummer is a no-brainer at that price. I did that a few months ago for the same price + a few exp. packs. At the very least, the Nashville Kit is worth having. BFD Eco for $29.00 is a no-brainer as well.

Yeah, I used a previous $29 EZDrummer deal to take advantage of a subsequent $99 Superior Drummer deal this time last year. That ended my drum synth lust so far.

Here's another semi-annual Sampletekk sale, 60% off if you're a previous customer. That puts the excellent Rain upright piano under 20 bucks. Wish I had 20 bucks.

I'm not one to stand in a long line for a long time to get a discount on something. I consider my time more valuable.

The best thing I see that I want on this BF is a 27" monitor from new egg. Haven't made the plunge yet. But I'm thinking!

they had a 23" Touch Screen for $199....I was debating heavily...but refrained...as I still consider Touch more
of a "Toy" then a necessity...

Larry,is this in VST format? I only see Native and sound grid. Am I missing something?

[edit]Never mind Larry. I figured it out. I went ahead and got it. Most no-brainer deals I hear about from users on this forum have always turned into great buys. I am hoping that this continues!!

Meldaproductions is 50% off across the board.

More or less, anyway. Turns out he just recently raised most prices prior to the sale, and got some flack over it on kvr. But this is exactly what retailers do at your local mall every sale season, and meldaproductions' prices are still reasonable. Plus you get free updates and no dongles.

A couple suggestions: MDynamicEQ at $46 for remedial vocal treatment, MMultibandAutopan or MMultibandTremolo at $25 each if you're into lush moving synth pads.

I'm thinking about getting the Melda freebie unlock, but I already spent a couple hundred on BF sale stuff.
Anyone know how good the MTuner is?
Is is squirrely or does it lock in pretty good?

I used MTuner in the past and do not remember any problems with it. Since the GVST suite was ported to 64bit though, I have not used MTuner.
