Bolsteriser CM plugin ignored by X1 plugin manager

Going by previous threads I know that Computer Music magazine isn't the most popular around here but anyhoo...
There is a freebie compressor plugin called "Bolsteriser rev(CM).dll" on the June DVD that I attempted to try out in X1 but it doesn't work.
The first scan stopped working (X1 didn't crash - it just popped up a warning that the scan had stopped). The following attempts just ignored it.
Can anyone out there who has the magazine give it a go to see if it works? If it doesn't it would be interesting to see if it works in another DAW (I don't have another plugin host to try it in).

Grum.

Didn't work for me either. Tried it in FL Studio and it worked.

Exactly what I was after, much thanks.
So the next question is "why doesn't X1 work as well as FL Studio?"

I get the same issue with the CM Dominator synth dll, the plugin manager stops at this dll while scanning.

I never had this issue in previous versions of Sonar, strange that its happening with some CM plugins.

I have been able to successfully scan the following CM plugins though:

    CM Fuzz
    CM Waveshaper
    CM Reverberator
    VPS Philta

    hi there -

I'm daz, the developer of whiteLABEL plugins, and hence bolsteriser (CM) ... this could be a problem related to SynthEdit - the program used to make the plugins - I know that other CM plugins have been made in this way ...

If anyone is interested in helping out (I'm not a sonar user) I can send over a few test files, see if we can get something running ... let me know ?

cheers (and hope that those not affected by this problem enjoy using bolsteriser CM)
