Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! (new Pugtones Halloween tune)
OK - the Pugtones did a new Halloween tune. This is our third Halloween tune. We did one in 2009, 2012 and this one. The players are: Warren Willingham - Warren wrote the lyrics and sang and played bass guitar. Bill Davies did all the creepy synth work.I wrote the music - played guitar and did the production work. Wow --- brilliant stuff guys!!! It is indeed all of the things that Walt mentioned above.
Mark your production and guitar work are awesome; Warren your lyrics, vocal presentation, and of course bass are wonderful; and Bill your synth work creeped me out (that's a complement!!).

Boy on this song Warren seems to be channeling Neil Young and I mean that in a good way as I happen to be one of the three people in the entire universe who likes NY's voice.
Great job on the mix Mark. My only crit is the drums seem way in the back of the room. I can hear them but they don't seem to be connected to the mix IMO. But.... what do I know.

oh yea, i'm diggin' this!
neat guitar stuff, sounds like ebow? on some of the long sustained stuff...
great vocal performance...
i'd give the vox a bit of highs or presence to make them a bit easier to understand over the fuzz of some of the heavier guitar stuff

Spooky and great guitar. What is not to like at this time of the year?
The vocals did sound a little buried at a couple of points where the guitars were more prominent. But that is a small thing. Nicely done from A-Z.
