Bounce Settings

Hi,
When I export a finished mixed song, in the export audio screen, just below where it says bounce settings, it has source category
should I be selecting main outputs or entire mix, also at the preset drop down box should I just select what you hear ?

    I select Entire mix, but main outs will yield the same sound. I'm not sure about the preset selection as i do not use a preset for exporting. just make sure you select your target sample and bit depth and make sure you select the dither you want to apply
