Bounce multiple audio tracks at once?

I have to create stems a lot for mixing and mastering - is there a way in SONAR to bounce multiple stems at once?  (ie. Say I have 3 audio tracks, and a Kontakt 3 vsti - Is there a way so I can set the audio tracks to bounce as the track name and set which midi tracks to bounce with Kontakt all at once?)

Are you simply wondering if it's possible to export all of your tracks (or which tracks you choose) as individual tracks so you can simply import them into another DAW?

If that's your question then yes - absolutely. I use this feature all the time. It doesn't matter if it's a MIDI/VSTi or audio track. Sonar has a very deep export feature. There are dozens of options and features to help you get what you are after.

1: Select the tracks you want to export
    2: File > Export > Audio
3: Under Preset, choose "Raw Tracks"
4: Adjust any settings you want to change. (optionally save your new settings for future use)

That's just a quick 101 on getting started. The nice thing about this is that each track has a full length file. Drop them into the new DAW at the beginning and everything should line up perfectly.
EDIT: This thread covers this topic in more detail: http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?&m=2227309&mpage=1

If I have misunderstood your question or requirement I apologize.
EDIT: I notice rbowser has interpreted your question differently than I have and provides another viewpoint.

Ome, it sounds like you're just talking about basic track bouncing - There's no need to export the tracks, you just bounce them into new tracks of your project.  In the bounce dialog pop-up, you choose "Tracks" instead of the full mix - any tracks you've selected in the Track View will be listed, ready for bouncing to individual tracks.

    I can't believe I've never noticed that!

Okay - That takes care of the audio tracks...now is there any way to record specific midi tracks within a vsti (ie midi tracks using Kontakt 4 channel 1-8 for one audio track, and 9-16 on another audio track)?

I don't work with Kontact myself, but I would assume you could bounce the tracks (as per rbowsers instructions) that contain Kontact channel 1-8 down to a stereo track in Sonar - then repeat for Kontact channel 9 - 16.

If you need to export it - bounce it first then export the two stereo "audio" tracks you've created.

Might seem like a lot of steps, but with Fast Bounce it doesn't take long at all.

Don't fix it in the mix ... Fix it in the take!

Aside from the other suggestions, you could setup busses (a good approach for "stems") and bounce those to tracks (using the bus option in the bounce dialogue).   There are already some presets in the bounce dialogue as well.

If you setup your projects with good bussing, it makes creating stems a breeze.

DOH! I was so bent on helping to export individual tracks earlier I wasn't thinking busses. That's a very good suggestion Billy!

Another advantage of setting up a good bussing scheme is that it makes both 'bouncing' and/or 'exporting' pretty straightforward and flexible.

I think I've tried that and when I bounce the tracks eg. tracks 2 & 4 it just bounces to two separate tracks instead of one. I think I'm doing something wrong.

So I've got several tracks on a project. For ex guitar on track 1 and click track on track 4. I just want to bounce those two tracks to one single track. I've selected them but then they end as two tracks. Maybe I'm not selecting the tracks right? When the dialogue comes up I select those tracks rather than entire mix.

Using tracks as a source is designed to keep them separate. If you want to bounce tracks together, use Entire Mix or Main Outs. Only the selected tracks should be included in the bounce, but if you really want to be sure, you can solo the selected tracks.

And if you want to bounce tracks together with no FX included, you'll want to uncheck Track FX an Bus FX in the bounce dialog.
