Bouncing FX and soft synths out of the mix

Hello,
   This question applies to any Sonar. I'm using 8.5. I am finishing a large mix and would like to bounce my tracks to just audio while retaining the routing. Many of my tracks are midi data corresponding to soft synths with VST FX in the bin. I'd love to remove all the synths and FX and still retain my channels and busses. When ever I bounce to a track, after selecting everything in the track to mix down - the newly bounced wav never matches the level of the track it bounced from and I have to remix it. Then I question if it applied the bus effects, or if I still need to route it through the bus. I never get a wave file that matches the gain of the original.  Is there a simple way to bounce out all my inserts and keep the audio and routing so I just have faders and wave forms?
