Your usual clean sparkly open mix, quality vocal, excellent drums, guitars, keys and the bass ain't bad either. The third members medication is working then? Thank for sharing peeps.

My cover band did this song back in the 90's. Consequently, I have come to despise it for the mindless piffle that it is. HOWEVER, that's not the point. The point is, your refreshed, imaginative version kind of makes me like it again. It's very well mixed, nice separation, and it's probably my goofy brain tonight but it seems a little . . . I dunno . . . dark? Something a little sinister? Maybe it's the creepy tremolo guitar you've added . . . and the background organ? It's actually creeping me out a little. Picture this performed by a bunch of Chuckie dolls. Oh well. nice job! as usual! -Tom

Thanks Wookiee - I love Bapu's bass on this one - he dialed in a great sound for the song - perfect. Yes - very regular now - flow to the max

Hey Daryl, I don't remember ever hearing the original version of this, but this is a really cool, fun and bubbly modern pop rocker with a perfect mix! The lovely Mrs. D did a beautiful job on the vox, the instrumental performances were dynamite, and I must agree that Bapsi's bass tone on this is officially 'Da Bomb! I'm on my fourth listen, and I actually like the tremolo guitar parts, with the exception of the four pitch bent ones between :34 seconds and :45 seconds, because they sounded like they sort of slipped off key and stuck out a bit to me. Of course this stuff is always subjective, but they took me out of the song. It's funny, the four in the second verse starting at 2:15 didn't bother me as much, maybe because they seemed lower in volume or weren't bent as much. Either way, everyone did a fantastic job on this, the mix is dynamite, and you've got another excellent addition to the Fizzy Pickle repertoire! You know, I'm not sure, but I think that one time back in the '80s I actually woke up "fizzy pickled" in a hotel room. Great stuff, guys and gal! Bob
