Boz support

Anyone have any experience with Boz support? I've opened a couple tickets with them but have received no response.

I had an issue a longer time ago when bark of the dog caused some sonar crashes. Back then he was really helpful, requested more info and solved the problem shortly after...

I've corresponded with them in the past and the response was fairly quick and resolved my issue right away.

Peace!

I just wanted to update on this in case anyone has any problems in the future.

Boz got back to me and said that my ticket got lost in the mix. Once they were on it they were VERY helpful and I am a happy camper. Yay Boz!

Maybe next time cut the low mids on the bass and boost it on the Boz.
